What data reaches us and why

  • The contact form sends nothing to a server. The button opens WhatsApp or your email app with the message filled in, and you decide whether to send it. If you send it, we receive your name, phone number and message so we can reply and make you an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to a contract).
  • Calls, messages and emails are used only for our conversation with you and for legal obligations such as invoicing (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • Hosting is provided by Cloudflare, which processes technical data (IP address, browser type) to deliver the page and protect it from attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • The project previews load the client’s own website. Some of them include a Google map, which may set its own cookies; Google’s rules apply there.

How long we keep data

For as long as our conversation lasts and, if we work together, for as long as the law requires for accounting records.

Your rights

You can ask at any time for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing or data portability, or object to processing. Write to us at contact@aeriadigital.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority, in particular in the country where you live or work. Our lead authority is the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (dataprotection.ro).
